HOW DOES CUSTOMIZATION WORK?

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN OR USE A DIFFERENT FONT FOR MY MONOGRAM?
Currently, we cannot accommodate custom designs (logos etc.) or special font requests.
DO YOU HAVE ANY STOCK THAT I CAN ORDER FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY?
Yes! All non customized sweaters ship 24-48 hours after the order is placed. We also have some additional options in store so give us a call at 917.678.6843
HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
Refer to the product page for the fit of each sweater. There is descriptive sizing information on each product page. You can also use our Fit Predictor tool, located on each product page. If you have more questions, please feel free to send us an email at info@lelion.com
HOW LONG WILL CUSTOMIZATION TAKE?
Depending on the level of customization and time of year, our lead time is anywhere from 2-5 weeks. You will receive an email around 2 weeks after your order was placed with a status update. For any special requests or for more information, please email us info@lelion.com
WHERE ARE THE SWEATERS AND ACCESSORIES MADE?
Le Lion’s pieces are knit in a family-run factory in Italy. We use the finest yarns available. Each sweater is meticulously hand-linked—a method of seaming pieces of a garment together. Our accessories are also handmade at a small factory in Florence, Italy and our shirts are made in Milan.
WHERE IS THE EMBROIDERY DONE?
Many of our customized sweaters touch the hands of two different embroiderers before complete! Sweaters with monograms are first sent to receive a machine monogram and then sent to our hand embroiderers in New York City.
CAN I PURCHASE THE EMBELLISHMENTS SEPARATELY?
We do not sell any of our embellishments separately at this time,, they are intended to be embroidered only on our products.
CAN YOU ADD AN EMBELLISHMENT OR MONOGRAM TO NON LE LION PRODUCTS?
No, we only offer embroidery and customization on our products.

WHERE IS LE LION SOLD?
Le Lion is only available on our website and in our store in NYC located at 1270 Madison Ave. Follow us on Instagram @lelioncollection to learn about our upcoming in-store events and trunk shows and see if we’ll be in your city!

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We will send you an email two weeks after your order has been placed with an update on customization. If you have any questions email us at info@lelion.com., and put STATUS plus your Order Number in the subject line.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive an email from us with a tracking number. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working, please reach out to us as soon as you can at info@lelion.com.
CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL A CUSTOMIZED ORDER?
If you email us within 12 hours placing your order, we may be able to adjust or cancel your customized order. However, if our warehouse has already processed your order, we will be unable to do so.

CARE
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY KNITS?
We recommend dry cleaning or hand washing. To hand wash, use gentle soap and cold water. Please be sure to turn the garment inside out and lay flat to dry. Merino wool gets better with every wash!
DO NOT PUT IN THE WASHER OR DRYER!!!

Le Lion sweaters and accessories are meant to last a lifetime. In the event you need a repair, email us at info@lelion.com., and put REPAIR plus your Order Number in the subject line.
