Upload a photo of your animal and make sure their face is clear in the image. Only the face will be embroidered. If you have chosen 2 animals please upload the photos separately.
We are not able to provide a proof of the image prior to shipping it. If you have any special requests or questions please email info@lelion.com for further assistance.

For non-embellished and pre-embellished items all returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order. If the product is unused and unworn when we receive the return, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Once the transaction has been processed, you will receive a receipt via email to the address you specified at checkout. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There is a $15 restocking fee for returns.
